Congratulations to Chantal Eusebio for completing her Food Industry Option for the Department of Human Nutritional Sciences at the University of Manitoba!
As part of her placement with YUMPEEZ and the Urban-Go Centre, Chantal was involved in in-store sampling of YUMPEEZ at Sobey’s and Prairie Dog Central Railway.
She conducted a survey of all willing participants. What did she help us to understand? Firstly, the main reason people buy YUMPEEZ is because they are a high source of dietary fibre and high in iron. The second most common reason is that YUMPEEZ are certified-organic. She also identified the most popular new flavour to be cheddar, with honey roasted as a close second.
